Deine Aufgaben

Du hast Lust, mit unserem CloudOps-Team die KumoOps-Plattform (Kubernetes, GitOps, Public Cloud) kennenzulernen und aktiv mitzugestalten?

Dann werde unser/e neue/r Werkstudent*in / Praktikant*in (all genders)! Die Position ist ab sofort, remote aus ganz Deutschland verfügbar.

Dein Profil

Du arbeitest eng mit dem CloudOps-Team zusammen und wirst in die KumoOps-Stack-Technologien eingeführt.
Du entwickelst und testest unter Anleitung neue Features im KumoOps-Kernteam.
Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Bash-Scripting, sowie mindestens einem Cloud-Provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OTC oder STACKIT).
Du konzipierst und übernimmst kleinere Features rund um den KumoOps-Stack (z. B. Custom Alerting, Tooling oder Dashboards).
Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung von Support-Tickets, untersuchst Incidents, analysierst Ursachen und hilfst bei der Erstellung von klaren, umsetzbaren Lösungen.
Du wertest Logs, Metriken und Events aus, um Probleme wie Ausfälle oder Performance-Einbußen zu diagnostizieren.
Du nimmst mit Unterstützung an On-Call-Rotationen teil und kommunizierst zuverlässig mit Kunden.
Du hast erste Kenntnisse in Docker und Kubernetes.
Nice to Have: Du hast Erfahrung mit GoLang, ArgoCD oder Kubernetes-Kenntnisse / CKA-Zertifizierung.
Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (C1), Deutsch ist ein Plus.

Your mission

Are you excited to get to know our CloudOps team, learn the KumoOps platform (Kubernetes, GitOps, Public Cloud), and actively contribute?

Then become our new Working Student / Intern (all genders)! The position is available immediately, remote from anywhere in Germany. You will work closely with the CloudOps team and be introduced to KumoOps stack technologies.

Your profile

You will develop and test new features within the KumoOps core team under guidance.
You already have initial experience with bash scripting as well as at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OTC, or STACKIT).
You will design and take ownership of small features related to the KumoOps stack (e.g., custom alerting, tooling, or dashboards).
You will support the handling of support tickets, investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and help provide clear, actionable solutions.
You will retrieve and analyze logs, metrics, and events to diagnose issues such as downtime or performance degradation.
You will participate in on-call rotations with support and communicate reliably with customers.
You already have some knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Nice to have: You have experience with GoLang, ArgoCD, or Kubernetes expertise / CKA certification.
Very good knowledge of English (at least C1), knowledge of German is a plus.
