As an Internal IT & Systems Administrator, you will assume operational responsibility for the administration, security, access management, and documentation of our internal IT systems and business-critical platforms.

• You will ensure the secure, scalable, and structured management of all internal tools and services.
• You take initiative, think outside the box, and independently develop concepts and ideas to improve our internal IT landscape.
• You don’t wait for instructions; instead, you identify opportunities for optimization and proactively drive solutions forward.
• You will be responsible for the independent administration and configuration of 1Password (enterprise configuration, vaults, user and group management).
• You will manage and implement SSO (Single Sign-On) across existing and new tools.
• You will configure and manage Entra ID, including approval processes and conditional access policies.
• You will also manage the private GitLab instance (permissions, organizational structure, and user management), as well as GitHub (security configuration, user management, and access control), and access rights for cloud environments (OTC, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• You will be responsible for account and subscription management, including security management and cost monitoring.
• You will handle DNS management for multiple iits-consulting domains and manage Microsoft 365 subscriptions and license assignments, as well as administer SharePoint and Exchange.
• You will be responsible for independently managing the iits-consulting WordPress website (updates, security, user management).
• You will be responsible for internally communicating Vanta security incidents to the affected teams.
• You will ensure the enforcement of security policies across all managed systems, create and maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and processes, and independently develop concepts and ideas to optimize the internal IT infrastructure and processes.
• You proactively identify areas for improvement and develop proposed solutions.
• You evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to increase efficiency and security.
• You manage additional internal tools regarding access management, permissions, security settings, and organizational structure.
